Absolutely incredible - will only be renting from this ADA from now on when visiting Nice. Service is kind, helpful, and efficient. Makes you feel at ease and taken care of. Our flight was delayed beyond the working hours and Farid was so understanding and helpful. He told us not to worry and met us at the airport an hour and a half after our reserved time in the middle of the night for no extra charge and with kindness. Couldn’t believe it. The kindness and professionalism continued all the way to the end of our rental. So grateful for our experience! A sincere thank you to Farid 🙏

We had a truly great experience with ADA at 155 Bd Napoléon III in Nice. From the start, the service was excellent—very warm and welcoming. Farid, in particular, was exceptional. His communication was clear and helpful, providing all the necessary information ahead of time, including directions on where to go. What stood out most was his flexibility—he allowed us to pick up the car earlier than scheduled at no extra cost. Farid was incredibly professional, patient, and accommodating. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we were completely comfortable with the process. The car itself was in excellent condition—practically new and very comfortable. Farid also conducted a thorough inspection and walked us through everything we needed to know. We highly recommend ADA at this location without hesitation. RUN AWAY AND SELECT ANY OTHER CAR RENTAL - I booked on Friday for Saturday. Over night I had to rescheduled my booking for next Thursday. I called the emergency number and the gentleman who answered told me in a very rude way to call back the next day as this was not an urgency and he hanged on before I could open the mouth…. I did called back the next day and apologized for having disturbed him although it was an urgency. I asked to rescheduled my booking as explained. He told me that he can do that but ADA does not want him to proceed and he advised me to cancelled on the website and reschedule my booking as I wish. I would loose only 27€ while I paid 278€. I followed what he said and rebooked paying an additional 167.5€ on-line. Then I got in touch with the guest relation service who just ignored my request and I lost 278€ while I did not use this booking. NO GUEST RELATION SERVICE - NO EMPATHY - RUN AWAY AND AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL.

I booked a car for two days. For some reasons I had to postpone my reservation to the next week and also to reduce it to one day instead of 2. However, I was charged for the 2 days booked even though I cancelled my booking and did not use it. And I was also charged for the additional day when I actually used the car which is normal. Guest relations did not accept any reimbursement on the 2 days I couldn't use the car and were just impolite, rude and useless. Do not select ADA as your rental company while in France they advertise 39euros per day in all vehicules while I was charged a total of 278 + 167.5 = 445.5 euros for 1 day use. Just rip off. No service.

Vans battered from the start , full insured is not fully insured : came back with a small scratch and they kept 350 € deposit claiming it's to file the insurance claim , and probably they will never fix it . Thief ! Never again
