ADA | Location voiture et utilitaire Nice Aéroport Livraison

We needed a car for a week holiday around the Nice coast. We've had bad experiences before elsewhere in Europe by being overcharged so did a lot of research before picking Ada over the other options at Nice airport. Ada was not the cheapest but I can say it was the best choice and easiest experience. Communication was great after the online booking, we were phoned to meet at Nice drop off and no problems dropping the car off again a week later. A great experience.

The entire experience with this rental company was quite confusing. To begin with, there seems to be a bug on their website that caused my reservation to be made for different dates than the ones I had selected. Customer support was unhelpful, and I ended up having to pay a penalty fee just to make a new booking. The pickup process at the airport felt like dealing with an unofficial rental service. You have to collect the car in an area next to the rental car building, and the instructions provided were unclear. Additionally, I had specifically requested an automatic vehicle, but they initially gave me a manual one. Only after insisting did the agent finally bring an automatic car.

Avoid at all costs !!!!!! . I lost 27 euro and a lot of nerves. I booked the car on the ADA website, gave my credit card details, paid my deposits and that's it. After downloading the application, you have to send a photo of your driving license and passport. The iPhone application is not working properly. Attention, the application, website and e-mail are in French only !!!!!. You can call customer service, but that doesn't help much. They rejected my driving license although they meet the booking conditions - I live in the European Union. !!! Scammers and thieves !!!. I had to cancel my booking

The application is only in French, the driving license cannot be verified, so there is no way to rent a car. The processing fee is forfeited, although it's not your fault. A friend of mine lost a lot of nerves and time. I do not recommend!!!!

A dream service. I have been renting from ADA for the last 5 years. I book on the internet, I arrive at the Airport, an agent is waiting for me, gives me the keys to the car, and I am off in less than 3 minutes. No wait in line for the next available agent or any other hick-up that used to occur with other rental car providers.

Si vous voulez rater votre vol allez y ! Au départ de la location, le responsable donne rdv au dépose minute et arrive 30 min après. Au retour du vol, malgré un délai de prévoyance de 1h respecté, la personne arrive aussi avec 30 min de retard pour récupérer le véhicule… et bien sûr pas d’excuse !
